Welcome to Inception Beacon LLC ("we," "us," or "Inception Beacon"). By accessing our website and using our "Done-With-You" startup consulting services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Inception Beacon LLC provides educational guidance and administrative support for business formation, including LLCs, EINs, and FBNs.

Not a Law Firm: We are not an atttorney or a law firm. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Consulting Model: Our Services are "Done-With-You." We provide the roadmap and instructions, but you are responsible for the final submission of all government forms and the accuracy of the data provided therein.

2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As the user, you represent that all information provided for your business filings is accurate and complete. You are responsible for:

Paying all third-party government filing fees (e.g., California Secretary of State fees, County Clerk fees).

Meeting all state and local deadlines for renewals, statements of information, and tax filings.

Maintaining the security of your own state and federal filing accounts.

3. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Service Fees: You agree to pay the fees quoted at the time of purchase for our consulting packages.

No Refunds on Gov Fees: We cannot refund any fees paid directly to government agencies (Secretary of State, etc.).

Cancellation: Consulting sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment & Refund Policy: All services provided by Inception Beacon LLC are sold as flat-fee packages based on deliverables and intellectual property, not hourly labor.

• No Full Refunds: Once the "Momentum Strategy Session" has commenced or digital assets (Roadmaps/Kits) have been delivered, the service is considered "active," and no full refunds will be issued.
• No Partial Refunds for Efficiency: The timelines associated with our tiers (e.g., 21, 45, or 90 days) represent the maximum window of consultant availability and support. Should a client reach their launch goals or complete their roadmap ahead of schedule, no partial refunds or "pro-rated" discounts will be provided. Efficiency is a primary goal of our consulting; reaching the finish line early is considered a successful project completion.
• Support Expiration: Support windows are non-transferable and do not "roll over" if unused.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Inception Beacon LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:

Errors in government processing or rejection of filings.

Fines or penalties incurred due to a client’s failure to meet local or state compliance deadlines.

Any business loss or legal disputes arising from your choice of business name or entity structure.

5. PRIVACY BY DESIGN

We assist you in setting up your business with a focus on privacy (such as using virtual addresses). However, we do not guarantee that your personal information will be 100% shielded from all public records, as some government agencies have varying disclosure requirements.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "Business Startup Checklist," our proprietary roadmaps, and website content are the intellectual property of Inception Beacon LLC. You are granted a limited license to use these materials for your own personal business formation only.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
